Tracking your Order

  • How do I track my order?
    • Your tracking information will be e-mailed to you when your product is shipped.
    • Alternatively, your tracking number(s) will be visible under My Order History, within the My Account area
  • How quickly is my order shipped?
    • Ground service processing starts 3 hours after order placement and is completed within the next 12-24 hours.  Orders are delivered between 1 and 7 business days depending on your proximity to Loehmann’s distribution facility in New Jersey.
    • Expedited service (Next Day or Second Day) processing starts 3 hours after order placement and is completed within the same day if the order was placed prior to 12pm or on the following day if the order was placed after 12pm.  
      • Next Day orders are delivered in 1 business day if placed before 12pm Eastern.  If placed after 12pm Eastern, they are delivered within 2 business days.
      • Second Day orders are delivered in 2 business days if placed before 12pm Eastern.  If placed after 12pm Eastern, they are delivered within 3 business days.
    • Business days are Monday through Friday excluding any government holidays.  Priority service packages are never delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
  • How do I see my past orders?

Accounts and Insider Club

  • Do I need an account to shop on your website?
    • No – you do not need an account to shop on our website.  However, by creating an account you will have access to our world-famous Back Room section and the ability to save your account information for easier order tracking and repeat shopping.
  • What is the Insider Club?
    • Loehmann’s Insider Club is our preferred shopper program.  Click here to see a description of our Insider Club levels and how you can join. 
  • How do I create an account?
    • Click here to create an account.  If you are an Insider Club member, please be sure to enter your name, address, and Insider Club number accurately so that your account will be setup correctly.
    • After creating an account and logging in, you will see your membership status on the upper-right corner of the screen next to the My Account link. 
  • What discounts do I receive with my Insider Club?
    • Gold and Diamond members receive 10% discount in addition to all other sale prices or promotion codes.
  • Where do I see my Insider Club discount?
    • The price reflected on the product page as the “Loehmann’s Price” already includes your Insider Club discount and any on-sale price reductions.   In your Shopping Bag this is listed simply as “Price.” 
    • Promotional discount offers are shown in the Shopping Bag and Checkout as “Discount” and are separate from the product pricing and Insider Club discounts.
    • You will see your membership status on the upper-right corner of the screen next to the My Account link. 
    • You must be a Gold or Diamond member to qualify for 10% additional discount on top of other promotion codes or sale prices.
  • How do I sign up for your e-mail list?
    • Enter your e-mail and click “SIGN-UP” from our home page OR

  • How can I get removed from your e-mail list?
    • Click the link at the bottom of your most recent e-mail OR
    • Click here to access your contact preferences.
  • How do I get a new password to login?
    • Click “Sign in” at the top of our website then click “I forgot my password.”  An email will be sent to you with further instructions.
  • How do I get a replacement Insider Club card?
    • Please e-mail us using our on-line contact form.  Card replacements are usually received at your address within 2 weeks of submitting your request.
  • What is the Back Room?
    • The Back Room is an exclusive area within our website that features top-designer merchandise viewable only by registered users.
  • How do I find a Loehmann’s store?

On Sale and Discount Questions

  • How do I see the on-sale price?  I don’t see the discount I was supposed to receive.
    • The price reflected on the product page as the “Loehmann’s Price” already includes your Insider Club discount (Gold and Diamond members only) and any on-sale price reductions.  In your Shopping Bag this is listed simply as “Price.” 
    • Promotional discount offers are shown in the Shopping Bag and Checkout as “Discount” and are not included in the product pricing.
  • How do I use a promotion code?
    • Enter your promotional code in the Shopping Bag page and click “Apply.” 
    • Product discounts will be shown as the “Discount” (Shopping Bag and Checkout pages).
    • Shipping discounts will be shown under the “Promotional Code” on the Shopping Bag page and “Summary of Charges” on the Checkout page.
  • Can I combine discounts?
    • You can combine an Insider Club Gold/Diamond member discount with a promotional code discount. 
    • You may not combine two or more promotional codes on the same order. 
    • On-sale items or price-reduced items are already marked down and can be combined with any other promotional code and/or Insider Club Gold/Diamond member discount.
  • How do I see my Insider Club Gold or Diamond member discount?
    • You will not directly see your Insider Club discount, but it is included in the item pricing, along with any other on-sale pricing if applicable.
  • How do I use my Birthday discount?
    • Birthday discounts are for Insider Club Gold and Diamond members visiting one of our retail store locations.   Birthday discounts are not offered at our on-line store.

Gift Cards

  • How do I redeem my gift card for a purchase?
    • During the checkout process you will enter your gift card information in the PAYMENT section.
  • How do I purchase a gift card?

Shipping and Handling

  • How do I get free shipping on my order?
    • Orders with over $100 in product value (excluding tax and shipping) are eligible for free shipping.
  • What are the fees to ship an order?

  • How do I update my address on an order or my account?
    • Once you submit your order, the address is transferred to our distribution center for processing and cannot be changed.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    • We do not offer gift wrapping service at this time.
  • Do you ship to international locations?
    • We offer shipping within the United States and do not currently offer shipments or orders from international locations.
  • Do you accept international credit cards?
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover issued to a United States billing address.

Returns

  • Do you accept returns at your retail stores?
    • Yes – our retail stores accept returns from our website as well as purchases from other Loehmann’s retail locations.
  • What is your return policy?

  • How do I start the return process on-line?
