Loehmann’s Provides Easy Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags and labels attached. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- If Returning via post, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. See gift card for terms.
- Loehmann’s is not responsible for damaged or lost return packages. Please check with your parcel carrier for insurance & tracking services.
How To Submit Your Return
Option 1: Return To A Loehmann's Store:
- Bring your merchandise and the packing slip included in your shipment directly to one of our stores.
- You must present this packing slip for in-store returns.
- Click on Store Locator to find a Loehmann’s store near you.
- When you bring us your return within 14 days of the original purchase date, you will be reimbursed in your original method of payment provided that you present the same credit card used for your on-line purchase. Otherwise, your refund will be given in the form of Loehmann's store credit.
- If you are returning your merchandise within 15 to 30 days of your original purchase date, you will be reimbursed in the form of a Loehmann’s store credit
Option 2: Ship To Our Processing Center
First, a few helpful notes on how to prepare your package:
- Follow the instructions to have the return processing information document e-mailed to you (see below instructions)
- Package your merchandise and return processing document in the same (or comparable quality) carton as was originally used.
- Apply the shipping label that was included on your packing slip. Please note: You will be responsible for shipping costs.
- Please follow all instructions to receive proper reimbursement for your return.
- If you ship your return: When we receive your return within 30 days of the original purchase date, you will be reimbursed in your original method of payment.
Then, follow these simple instructions to receive your Return Authorization Form:
- Sign into your account (you must be logged in to process a return)
- Click ‘My Account’ in the global header (http://www.loehmanns.com/Member/Default.aspx)
- Click ‘My Order History’ module OR ‘Order History’ from left hand nav (http://www.loehmanns.com/Member/Default.aspx)
- Select an order to return and click ‘Return Request’ (will open a modal window)
- Select the items to be returned, complete the form, and click ‘Process’ button
